When I first ordered these, they weren't actually in stock on Amazon. They were worth the wait, though, not only for the quality of the brush but also for the price. Two big, soft brushes for $14! A little side note: I find that sometimes on Amazon you can find deals like this, deals that are hidden away and haven't been purchased (or at least reviewed) by many people, but are significantly reduced in price than other products available with more reviews. I'm glad I found this one!The brushes are big and soft, and they stand up on their own. I wouldn't use them for actual application of powder or other foundation, but I use them at the very end of my makeup application just to sweep over my entire face and blend any lines that I might have missed. For those who use a setting powder, mineral veil etc, I could see this being a good brush to apply that. It doesn't seem like it'd pick up too much product, just enough to give a light dusting. This brush is well made. It holds powder very well. You can't tell, but the white bristles on the tip of the brush are separate from the brown bristles. The white bristles are feather soft and light. The brown bristles are very dense and soft as well, but not too soft. Overall a 5! Purchased 2 brushes and am so glad I did. It's added bonus that I am also using a recyclable product :) |
